ILMA is an international NGO that brings together construction industry partners to advance joint labor-management workforce development and benefit programs.

Incorporated in the USA as a 501-c3, non-profit organization, the ILMA maintains a vast global network of labor and management institutions and provides construction industry social partners with innovative solutions to cross-border labor issues.

 ILMA seeks grants from foundations and government aid programs and accepts donations from industry partners and associates who support ILMA objectives.
