Labor-Management Institution Building

ILMA strengthens and promotes the development of labor-management employee benefit programs such as pensions and health care, as well as joint funds for training, research and safety and health education programs. 

ILMA organizes international exchanges for fund directors and  administrators and, together with its partners, provides education, research and technical assistance to labor-management funds.
