Workforce Development

ILMA promotes improvements in workforce development through an exchange of best practices of construction skills training and safety and health programs.

Also ILMA forms partnerships with best-practice institutions to create workforce development programs in developing countries where the need is the greatest. 

ILMA seeks grants from foundations and government aid programs to carry out these programs.
